ThreadLineTalk connects users with experienced astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists, Vastu consultants, and other spiritual advisors through Chat, Voice Call, and Live Video consultations.

We also provide astrology-based informational services including Kundli Generation, Horoscope, Panchang, Numerology, Compatibility Matching, and similar tools.

2. Nature of Consultation

Astrology and spiritual consultations are intended for guidance and informational purposes only. Predictions, remedies, and opinions are solely those of the respective astrologer. ThreadLineTalk does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcome of any consultation and shall not be responsible for decisions made based on such advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services on ThreadLineTalk. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential.

4. Wallet & Payments

All paid consultations are charged from your ThreadLineTalk wallet according to the per-minute rate displayed on the astrologer's profile.

• Users must maintain sufficient wallet balance before starting a consultation.
• Wallet deductions occur automatically during active sessions.
• If wallet balance becomes insufficient, the consultation will end automatically.
• Wallet recharges are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Astrologer Registration

Individuals applying as astrologers are subject to document verification and profile review. ThreadLineTalk reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language.
• Harass astrologers or other users.
• Share false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misuse promotional offers or wallet credits.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, text, designs, software, and branding are the intellectual property of ThreadLineTalk and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThreadLineTalk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from consultations, predictions, technical interruptions, payment gateway failures, or user decisions based on consultation advice.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or misuse of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

ThreadLineTalk may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
