At ThreadLineTalk, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how wallet recharges, consultation charges, and payment disputes are handled when using our astrology consultation platform.
1. Wallet Recharge Policy
Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once the amount has been successfully credited to your ThreadLineTalk wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used for Chat, Voice Call, and Video Consultations.
- Wallet balance does not carry any interest.
- Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another user.
2. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If your bank account has been debited but your wallet has not been credited within 24 hours, or if you have been charged more than once due to a technical error, you may request a refund.
After verification, the excess or failed payment will be refunded to your original payment method or credited to your wallet, depending on the nature of the issue.
3. Consultation Charges
Consultation charges are deducted on a per-minute basis according to the astrologer's displayed rate.
- Charges for completed consultations are non-refundable.
- If the consultation ends because your wallet balance becomes insufficient, the deducted amount will not be refunded.
- If a consultation is interrupted due to a verified technical issue on ThreadLineTalk's side before meaningful consultation has taken place, our support team may provide partial or full wallet credit after investigation.
4. Promotional Offers & Bonus Credits
Promotional credits, bonus wallet balance, cashback rewards, coupons, and referral rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with:
- Registered Mobile Number
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
- Date and Time of Transaction
- Description of the issue
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. The actual credit timeline depends on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.
7. Cancellation
Wallet recharge transactions cannot be cancelled once completed. Consultation sessions already started cannot be cancelled or refunded except in cases of verified technical failures caused by ThreadLineTalk.
8. Changes to this Policy
ThreadLineTalk reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
